Suicide Crisis Helpline

Call or text 988, any time, 24/7. If you’re thinking about suicide, or you’re worried about someone else, this line is free and always open.

Kids Help Phone

Call 1-800-668-6868, or text CONNECT to 686868. Free, confidential, anonymous support, 24/7, for anyone aged 5 to 29.

New Brunswick Addiction and Mental Health Helpline

Call 1-866-355-5550, available 24/7, if you’re not sure where else to turn.

1-866-355-5550 for 24/7 phone support and referrals for addiction and mental health concerns.

Integrated Service Delivery (ISD)

For children and youth up to 18 (up to 21 within the public school system) facing emotional, behavioural, mental health, or addiction challenges. Speak with your school or a healthcare provider to be connected.

Sexual violence support

Sexual Violence New Brunswick (SVNB)

Support line: 506-454-0437. Confidential support for anyone affected by sexual violence, or supporting someone who has been. Based in Fredericton, but takes calls from across the province.
