A safe, welcoming space where young people can connect, feel supported, and be themselves. Our peer outreach team is here to listen without judgment, provide information and support, and help you connect with resources that fit your needs. Whether you have questions, need a helping hand, or just want someone to talk to, you’re welcome here—come as you are!


What we do
Our hub offers youth-friendly mental health support, outreach, life skills classes, meditation and mindfulness activities, game nights, and a welcoming space to connect with others. We also provide practical support for your future, including university preparation and beginner’s licence preparation to help you build confidence and reach your goals.
Meal prep, resume building, mindfulness activities, etc

Drive straight into Elsipogtog and continue until you reach the old school building (356) on the right. We’re located in Room 188—come on in, we’d be happy to welcome you!
Forge Elsipogtog specifically takes emails, uses messenger and facebook to converse with clients.

Nancy Milliea
Elsipogtog Integrated Youth Hub Operations Lead
Nancy has been the youth center supervisor in Elsipogtog since 1999. She enjoys time with her dogs at the beach and time with her family. Nancy is a shaman who is into crystals and energy healing. She is currently on her clinical practicum, finishing up a master’s degree in counselling psychology.

Janie Augustine

Peer Support
Janie is a Peer Support Worker who has always had a passion of working with the youth and continuously encouraging person growth. In her spare time, she loves to go out and take nature pictures with her camera, and baking sweets at home.

Jake Augustine
Peer Support
Jake is a certified peer support worker from Elsipogtog. His work is motivated by youth success stories, and he believes everyone deserves a second chance with the right support and guidance. He offers a space where youth can feel heard, motivated, and safe.
Outside of work, Jake can usually be found at the golf course or watching sports with his friends or brothers. Jake enjoys sports, competition, and video games, which are all hallmarks of what makes Jake who he is.

Haiti Augustine

Peer Outreach
Haiti is a Peer Support Worker who loves working with young people and finding creative ways to make them feel welcome, heard, and included. Outside of work, she loves writing, art, photography, music, spending time with friends and family, and learning about pretty much anything that catches her interest.
